  • Non-Faulty Items: We do not accept returns for non-faulty items simply due to a change of mind. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before completing the transaction.
  • Faulty or Misdescribed Items: If an item you receive is faulty or significantly misdescribed, you are eligible for a return or refund. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

3. Initiating a Return

  • Photographs of the item, including any areas of concern.

4. Return Process
